Spylog Plus LoRa is a continuous monitoring system of temperature and other chemical-physical quantities such as humidity, differential/absolute pressure, CO2 concentration, O2, air flow, etc. completely wireless, i.e. without any wiring.
It is possible to manage the monitoring for any type of equipment such as refrigerators, blood banks, freezers, ultra-freezers, liquid nitrogen containers, incubators, chemical hoods, as well as climatic chambers, clean rooms and environments in general.
Monitoring is guaranteed 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, with a totally customizable and independent sampling and transmission frequency depending on the equipment monitored, so as to meet any need and requirement. The system is based on a network of transmitters that allow to detect the measurement data with special probes inserted directly inside the equipment and send them, via radio (868-870Mhz, with proprietary protocol), to the receivers that convert the data and forward them directly to the control server via LAN (with TCP/IP connection).
The installation of the sensors is carried out by our specialized technicians in a “workmanlike manner”. The temperature probes are also installed in special thermal load simulators (aluminium blocks) to reproduce the real temperature of the product.
The software system is configurable in different modes: stand-alone, server-client, web-server (accessible through normal browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and web-server in cloud. It is also available the software version that complies with CFR21 part 11 regulation on data security.
All the data collected are stored in an SQL database and can then be consulted through tables, graphs, statistics, etc. for reading and evaluation by any registered and authorized user; the data can then be printed directly or exported in the form of Excel or PDF file.
The management of alarms (both for exceeding a threshold limit value and for technical reasons) is completely independent from the sampling frequency and transmission frequency, i.e. it always takes place in real time; each alarm is managed individually and can be sent in different ways: E-mail, SMS, telephone call, PC screen.
The Spylog monitoring system represents the state of the art in its field and, to date, it is installed in hundreds of laboratories throughout Italy: Hospitals, Research Centres, Pharmaceutical Companies, Analysis Laboratories, IZS, etc.
